Meet Our Staff, Broadway Kennels is a family owned and operated establishment full of caring individuals who adore animals. All of us have pets of our own and know how important a good kenneling experience is for all animals. If you or your pet aren't 100% happy with our services, please let us know. We will do everything we can to make it up to you.

Jodi Clum (Owner) with her dog "Zoe". Jodi worked for Broadway Kennels from 1997 to 2000 as the full-time groomer. When she wasn't grooming she was attending classes in nursing school. She eventually left grooming to pursue a career in nursing however, in 2004 she was offered a management position at Broadway Kennels. Jodi looked at it as an opportunity to use her nursing skills to take care of her true passion, pets. Shortly after, she was presented with the option to purchase Broadway Kennels in November of 2004. From that moment on, Jodi has been committed to providing a safe, healthy and fun environment for pets. Aside from her dog Zoe, she has many other pets of her own.

Meghan Barnes (Manager) with her dogs "Rudy, Mack and Miles". Meghan (Jodi's younger sister) worked at the kennel from 1997-1999 as the only caretaker. She went on to become a police officer only to find she missed working with animals. She came back to help manage the kennel after her sister, Jodi, purchased it in November 2004. Meghan's three beloved side kicks help out with many of the day-to-day chores, like watering the bushes.

Mark Armstrong (Groomer) with his dog "Duke". Mark has been a professional barber for over 30 years. He recently needed a change of pace and came to us looking for something new. We introduced Mark to grooming dogs and within a couple months has been groomng on his own. He has mastered almost every breed cut and does a great job.

Hannah Sutton (Caretaker, Groomer & Doggie Day Care Attendant) with one of her many friends here at Broadway Kennels, "Athena." Hannah prides herself in keeping the kennels exceptionally clean for our guests. Her goal at the kennel is giving love to all of our guests. We call Hannah our "Jack of All Trades," she knows how to do anything at the kennel. Hannah is currently attending The Ohio State University and studying to become a vet.

Luann Louttit (Doggie Day Care Attendant) with her little buddy "KC". Luann has the patience it takes to control our four-legged kids like no other. This is probably because she has four dogs of her own and finds joy in romping and playing with hers and ours throughout the day.

Molly Murray (Caretaker) with her super large friend "Brie". Molly is a 2009 graduate of Northridge High School. When she isn't studying hard for school, she enjoys caring for our guests. In the fall Molly plans to attend Muskingum College and pursue a career in Early Childhood Education.

Connie Barnes (Manager) with her dog "Izzie".Connie (Jodi's Mother) works very hard at the desk accomplishing many of the not-so-pleasant tasks of the day. Ordering supplies, printing paychecks, balancing checking accounts and all the other dreadful tasks that must be done on a daily basis. Recently she decided to retire from her permanent job as a manager of a health care facility to come manage the kennel. You can find her working at the kennel in the wee hours of the morning, she says that's when she gets most of her work accomplished, when the dogs are all asleep!

Donald Barnes (Maintenance/Caretaker) with his dog "Roxie". Donnie (Jodi's younger brother) works hard to keep the kennel looking spic-n-span. When Donnie isn't mowing grass, you can find him repairing the fences, painting, or other labor-intense jobs. Donnie has had dogs his entire life and currently brings his much-loved boxer "Roxie" to daycare on the days he works.

Amy Barnes (Network/Web Site Developer) with her dogs "Bernie", "Sedgewick", "Bailey", and "Tosca". Amy (Jodi's oldest sister) is a computer engineer for AT&T, however she spends most of her holiday's and free time helping out at Broadway Kennels. She too is an animal lover. If she's not spending time with her basset's Bailey, Tosca, Bernie and Sedgewick, she's volunteering for charity fundraiser's like the Licking County Humane Society and the Ohio Basset Hound rescue group. In her free time she designed and maintains our web site.
