TERMS OF SERVICE
​(SUPER IMPORTANT INFORMATION!)


  •  CHECK OUR HOURS BEFORE YOU BOOK YOUR DAYS! (Click the button at the bottom of this page ) Our hours are set to accommodate the animals.  We are here to provide a happy, healthy, safe and comfortable place for them.  Everyone we hire, loves spending time with the animals and our special hours allow us to do just that! We do not have any off hour services available. 
  • If you have 2 dogs, they will be side by side in their own run. Please select 2 rooms when you book!!!! When you select the box that says 2 rooms, the phrase above says, "We have one room available!" Please know that your dogs will each have a room, it is safe to continue with the booking. Only dogs 10 lbs and and under may stay together, even then, if they can't eat, sleep and be merry together-they can't stay together.
  • If dates are “grayed out” it means we are TOTALLY booked. If you enter dates and it says “NO ROOMS AVAILABLE” please try again or call/text (740) 964-0050 (technology sometimes fails us all).  
  • REMEMBER TO SELECT THE NUMBER OF ROOMS FOR THE NUMBER OF DOGS YOU ARE BOOKING!  EACH DOG GETS THEIR OWN ROOM.  IF YOU HAVE 2 DOGS, PICK 2 ROOMS.  IF YOU HAVE 3 DOGS, PICK 3 ROOMS.  THIS IS A MUST-IF YOU DO NOT SELECT IT CORRECTLY YOUR BOOKING WILL NOT WORK AND YOU WILL NEED TO RESUBMIT IT. 
  • If this is the first time you are booking with us, we require a vaccine certificate to be texted over to be verified before we can book your dog. Please snap a picture of your vaccine certificate and text it to (740)964-0050. Jodi, the owner will verify your pet's vaccines and then send you the email for you to pay your deposit. 
  • To secure your spot EVERYONE must pay a non-refundable deposit/booking fee for EACH ROOM you book with us. If you cancel, it is lost. You must pay this deposit/booking fee through our secure STRIPE link that will be emailed to you after your reservation has been verified. You have 48 HOURS to pay your deposit to secure your booking after you receive your “PAYMENT INVITE” email. Paying quickly holds your spot and confirms your booking! The longer you wait, the more of a chance you may lose your spot. PLEASE NOTE:  As soon as you hit SUBMIT on your reservation, you will receive a pre-booking email letting you know that we've received it.  This is just the start of of the booking process. The payment invite will arrive within 24 hours.  If your pet needs a vaccine update, the booking will not go through, so if it has been more than 24 hours, please reach out by texting (740) 964-0050 and we will be happy to update you. 
  • Add on services are available at the time of drop off  (TLC/DAYCARE/GROOMING).  These services are on a first come/first serve basis at the time that you drop off.  This booking app shows just an estimate, so you have pricing available to you when we ask you at drop off.
  • If you are an established client and you have been to the veterinarian since your last boarding with us...Please find your pet's vaccine record, snap a picture of the entire page and text it directly to (740) 964-0050 after you finish this booking entry to avoid delays and issues with your booking. All dogs must have Bordetella, Rabies and DHLPP. ​

  • We now charge to administer medication. $1 per dose/per medication type. Please bring only what is necessary.
  • We also charge more for boarding during peak season and holidays.  Please click the button below to see our pricing.
